We invite applications from exhibitors and vendors to participate in our conference Marketplace on August 21 – 23, 2024.

A place for everyone to share their work
- 10′ x 10′ tented booth sectioned by vinyl solid walls
- Overnight Security
- Six lunch tickets (for use over three days) and refreshments
- Listing on Conference Website and in the event Program (guaranteed if registered at least 30 days prior to event)
Application
Please complete the application form below to be considered as an exhibitor or vendor for the S’TEṈISTOLW̱ 2024 Marketplace. Once you have completed the application we will review your submission and promptly contact you to purchase your registration.
Please note this purchase will be required to hold your spot in our marketplace.
After approval you will be sent additional information, including setup details and an Equipment and Furnishings Rental Form should you require additional booth furnishings.
For additional exposure, S’TEṈISTOLW̱ offers sponsorship and advertising opportunities throughout conference events, including during the Dinner and Welcome Reception, as well as on the website and in the conference program. Opt-in to these individually costed opportunities on the exhibitor and vendor registration forms or inquire to be a sponsor or donor to be sure that delegates will connect with you.
We will be hosting a ‘Connections Table’ that will allow all registered delegates to share small quantities of promotional material.
